Meet Roxy!

Welcome the beautiful addition to our family -- Roxy!

Facts about Roxy:

 She is 10 weeks old (she was 8 weeks when we got her)

She is a Shepherd/Boxer Mix...supposedly
She loves her big sister, Bailey
She covers the floors with stuffing from her toys on a daily basis
She loves to give kisses
Her favorite toy is a fake set of Christmas lights that squeak
She has done minimal damage to our house/possessions *knocks on wood*

She was in an over-crowded shelter when Every Creature Counts rescued her.  You can adopt pets from them at PetSmart.  We are doing puppy training with her, and she is just a doll!

P.S. She is the cutest sleeping puppy ever!

Our New Home

After two very long and stressful months, we have officially closed on our first house! It is a three bedroom + study with room to grow. Now let the decorating begin... :)

        

It has been FAR too long since anyone has posted on this blog, so I thought I would share exciting news from my world. On May 24th, 2011, Matt Colburn, my boyfriend of a little over 3 years asked me to be his wife. Of course, I said yes! Matt is an extremely wonderful man, and I look forward to spending my life with him.

We recently shot some engagement pictures in Austin, as we are moving back to Colorado next week. We started our relationship here, and wanted to capture the uniqueness of this city in our pictures. You can view our full album on Facebook, but here are some of our favorites:
