Trip to the Valley

One great thing about living in Austin is living so close to Grandma, Grandpa, Thad and Alice! It's only about a five hour drive down there, and luckily I had time off right when Josh, Susie and Tim, Laura, Ted, Joey, Janie and Lydia were going down there too! We had such a great weekend, and it was great to see everyone again. We had a ton of amazing food, went to South Padre Island, and had our own little Christmas, complete with Dad's crazy present game. Check out some of my pictures!!!

Trip to the Valley

A Couple Band Events.

Two Saturday nights ago was Longmont's Winter Parade. The weather was not the snowy blizzard we have dealt with in past years. Each of Silver Creek's band members had to decorate their instruments. If you look hard enough you may be able to see a saxophone.

Last Monday was the Silver Creek Concert Band's Fall Concert and Banquet. I missed the banquet because I had to work at Target but the concert was excellent. Connor won two awards at the banquet. I cannot tell you how proud we are...

Seussical!

This year my school will be doing the Suessical for it's spring play. For those of you who don't know, the Suessical is a musical based on the works of Dr. Seuss. I auditioned for a part, and I was cast. If any relatives are interested in making a trip to Colorado to see it, it is on April 16, 17, 18. Don't wish me luck!
